Die korbförmigen Blutfilter von GVS sind speziell für den Transfusionsmarkt vorgesehen, können aber auch für andere Anwendungen verwendet werden. Sie werden automatisch oder halbautomatisch im Überspritzverfahren hergestellt und garantieren damit höchste Qualität beim Einsatz von Vielfachwerkzeugen.
Zur Filterauswahl orientieren Sie sich an dem Außendurchmesser "OD“, da dies normalerweise das Maß für Montageteile ist. Haben Sie den richten Durchmesser gefunden, so sehen Sie nach dem Maß „base height“ und dann in dieser "Familie“ nach der anwendbaren Filterfläche. Die Standardinterferenz erforderlich für Montagen ist zwischen1 bis 2 Zehntel Millimeter. Dies kann variieren in Abhängigkeit vom verwendeten Rohstoff.
Die GVS Gewebefilter werden in einem automatischen Ultraschall Schweißverfahren gefertigt und die Breite der Auswahlmöglichkeiten erlaubt meist ein Produkt für die angefragte Anwendung zu finden.
