The development of the GVS group is a product of the development of our collaborators.
About 350 people are working together today to achieve GVS objectives in branches all over the world, within a structure which is highly stimulating not only for young people on their first job experience but also for experienced professionals who are interested in accepting new challenges.
The constant and proactive involvement of our collaborators in innovating our technological and organisational processes while improving the relative human and professional skills is the distinguishing feature of a solid and motivated working environment, in which everyone puts their efforts into seeking the greatest level of satisfaction and security for their clients.
Each year priority is given to seeking out and selecting new professional figures for placement in the processes of design, marketing, manufacture, distribution and administration. In particular we are always interested in making contact with professionals who have a background in mechanical engineering interested in working within the areas of Design, Product Industrialisation or Commercial Development.
GVS is highly aware of the importance of training in creating competent professional figures. For this reason we collaborate frequently with a number of institutes specialising in the organisation of Masters and Courses of Specialisation, organising job placements and training periods aimed at focussing training on the dynamics of our company processes and giving opportunities to become familiar with our working environment.
